Senior Agent Kelly Sonnack is looking for part-time support out of her San Diego office (to begin remotely but applicant must be in close proximity to San Diego office to pick up/drop off files).


Candidates with an interest and background in accounting, contracts, or business affairs are encouraged to apply. The position will be flexible and part-time, and will focus on contract review, payment processing, invoicing and accounting, and bi-annual processing and review of client royalty statements. 

Responsibilities:

  • Review and compare book and film contracts, amendments, and related legal documents

  • Management of contract signature process

  • Process and distribute legal documents and accounting statements

  • Communication with clients, and with relevant departments at publishers

  • Management of internal databases

  • File maintenance and organization


​Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to be self-directed

  • Some accounting or legal experience in an office environment

  • Capable of picking up new systems easily

  • Strong organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
