Adefisayo started working for Kelly in 2022 as a Contracts/Royalties Coordinator. Before joining Kelly, he was an Editorial intern at Ayesha Pande Literary and Publicity and Marketing intern at Counterpoint. He is a strong advocate for diverse voices in children’s literature ranging from middle grade to young adult, and is incredibly excited to support creatives and publishers from the legal/financial side.

Analía started working for Kelly in 2021 as an agency assistant, after working as an editorial assistant at Candlewick Press and interning with other literary agencies. She holds degrees in Child Development and Ethnic Studies, which have informed her passion for the intersections of children's literature, developmental psychology, and identity. A long-time reader, authors and illustrators were her childhood celebrities; now, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to cheer them on and support them in a professional capacity.
